1970 W31 ram air hood

How much can a person expect to pay for a decent OEM ram air hood for a 70 W car?

They range anywhere from 2 to 3K depending on condition. There is a guy in CT that posts them every once in a while that are already prepped and primed for 2500. There are a few on ebay right now...

They've come down in price, I bought one on here not long ago for a little over $1000, and there was another offered on here at same time for $1600.

X2 on coming down in price. The VERY nice original paint ones still bring $3000 but they need to be near perfect.

I have one that need some fiberglass work for $1000. I have another one that I am not ready to part with yet but it will be $2000+ when I do.

A big plus to the original hoods, are the original screens. The repop screens do not have as thick of wire in their screens,so even a real hood with a repop screen is not quite as good as a real hood with an original screen.

I have an original hood off a rallye 350. It needs a little work underneath at the front but not bad. $1200.00.
