The best thing for you to do is take it to the dealer again and tell them they still haven't fixed the problem.
Unfortunately, most tech shops today just replace parts to diagnose problems. You might have to get the entire traction control system replaced before the problems go away. If I was in your shoes I would put the car up on safety stands, remove the wheels, and clean and dusch all of the connectors on the speed sensors with electrical cleaner.
BTW, does your car have a check engine light, or ABS light that illuminates when the problem occurs?
