Fusick does have a website and it is:

http://www.fusick.com/

You can download catalogs from their site.

Another vendor is:

http://www.usapartssupply.com/

But I prefer to deal with Fusick.

You can't believe everything you read. There is a lot of mis-information out there. No sheetmetal parts with interchange from a Cutlass to a Starfire. F-85s/Cutlasses are on the A-body platform. 88s/Starfires are on the B-body platform.

Your suspension clunk could be ball joints, but could also be control arm bushings.

You should definitely have a shop manual. Ebay is a good source for them, probably for the CD versions you mentioned, too. But that CD version is hard to take out into the garage with you. I actually have two sets of manuals - a rough set for working in the garage, and a good set for researching in the house and for display. I have some parts catalogs on CD and they are a little more cumbersome to work through than a paper catalog. Try to get a paper version. Yes, it says it applies to 88s and 98s, it'll apply to a Starfire. Starfire is basically an 88 body shell with a different roofline. I wonder to myself sometimes, when I see one of those bench seat equipped, no option Starfires - why didn't the original owner just buy an 88?
