Mike, that lift sounds pretty steep, you may find you wont have enough vacuum to operate your brakes safely if the duration is also big. Is that cam a torque cam? you might check the specs on that cam out before using it in the GMC. It might be a better cam for the Cutlass if you plan on using the car as a "toy". Also, check with the people over ar ROP. They are quite knowledgeable and will be more than willing to help. Good luck.
