You don't need a build sheet to verify a 70 442's authenticity. It only came with a 455, nothing else. Most came with the Hurst dual gate, but you could still order the column if you wanted.
A couple of points. First, be aware that you're responding to a post that's almost two years old. Second, some of your points are not quite correct. The W30 for 1970 did have wide side stripes, but all other 442s came with narrow side stripes. "Most" did not come with the dual gate. The base 442 transmission was the Dearborn heavy duty 3 speed manual with floor shifter. If you ordered the optional automatic, you got the column shifter (whether you had buckets or bench). The Olds floor shifter and console were an extra cost option and the dual gate was an additional cost option on top of that.
