Looks to me like an Austin Healey 100 series with two gas tanks, the battery moved from the trunk to under the modified "bonnet"
I would think it would understeer like crazy.
Having owned a Squeely Healy in my youth the statement that 'it even has a heater" seems odd to me. You don't need one because your feet are next to the engine and they are hot as Hades all year long.
I still don't understand how the British own the Battle of Britian flying Spitfires with Lucas electric systems.
I think I'll pass and hold out for a 69 W-30 convertible
