Dash 86 442 to 87 dash 442

Upgrading my engine I'm my 1986 442 2 was wonder my if the gauge cluster from an 87 442 to would fit and what all things I would need from the 87 ? Cars going to go faster 85 but wanted to keep the gauges Oldsmobile

Changing from an 86 - 442 85MPH cluster to an 87 - 442 120MPH cluster should not be an issue from a bolt in stand point.... I do believe the speedometer cables and gears are the same, any GM dealer parts department should be able to verify that for you....

Its a direct swap. No changes to your 86' are needed. Hang on to the 87' cluster. They are worth some money due to one year only 120 mph speedo.
