442 and Jetaway

When did the 442 do away with the 2 speed autobox?
Did 68 still have it, or did they get the 3 speed automatics by then?

For the 442 66 was the last year for it.

You could still get a 2 speed on a 1968 Cutlass. But as Oldsmaniac said the 442 should have had the TH400 starting in 1967.
