Which master cylinder is correct?

Which master cylinder is correct for a 72 442 that has manual front disk brakes?

Is it "A":

or "B":

I have "B" on the car now and I want to get it sleeved and rebuilt but only if it is the correct type.

Sam, I don't remember now, does your original 72 W30 have power or manual brakes. If they're manual can you check this for me.

Thanks,
Warren
