LOCATION OF GROUND CLIP

Would someone please tell me the location where the Windshield Antenna Ground Clip mounts on the cowling on a 1970 442?

I dont think the 70 had them. My 70 cutlass S came from nevada and was untouched and they were not on there and i did not see any place thay would have been or the rub marks.
