68 442 headlight buckets

Curious if anyone has used fusik's headlight buckets for a 68 cutlas/442? How do they look? How were they to install?

Thanks

I used them on my '68 and I believe the quality is pretty good. They look great on the outside. The only trouble I had was that some of the extended pieces on the back side (where the bolts go into from the back side of the core support) weren't long enough and I had to make spacers to bring those pieces back to the core support. That was back in 2007. I don't know if anyone else had that problem - maybe it's been fixed by now.

I got mine a couple years ago and had the same issue. I was somewhat amazed, go to all the trouble to make molds why not make them identical to original.

Were the original factory headlight buckets painted black like the Fusik ones? I have a set circa 1980's that has a different coating, in new condition and out in my shed. I assumed they were NOS since they came with my car and it was a partially completed project at the time. I'll post a photo if it is warmer tomorrow.
