1970 442 with "B" as paint code

My dad has a 1970 442 W30 and next to the paint code it just says "B". There is no XX XX like normal.

See photos.

Has anyone ever seen this?

Well, what you actually have is "- B". The dash indicates one of the four special order colors, which were your Aegean Aqua, Sebring Yellow, Rallye Red, and Nugget Gold. The B indicates a black vinyl top, which apparently was removed at some point.
