Thanks, I almost sold it!
Wasn't happy with so many little things on the car, I fixed them and now am pretty happy with the car... Love the Yellow.
This car has been in the family for many years.
Good chance a brother or nephew will own it in the future.
Your 71 looks great, and very similar...?

A lot of sweat went into this car.... as all of you know

I hit a deer with it in my younger days.
Was able to do a frame off due to this, new GM from the dealer fenders, door skins (wish I got new doors back then), one quarter and front bumper. Rear bumper is a re-chrome from early days, still perfect, other quarter is from AZ. I'll dig up some pictures to scan.

I had one with your colors in the 70's, sold it, the biggest mistake I made, just love that yellow and black.......
you have a pretty car there.....

I believe it was FUSICK, they seemed to be the most accurate.
Good guys too...

If you can't find it there, try Year One.

I went with the rallye 350 bumper treatment also on a sx which has almost no real value it really just is a option anyway. the bumpers just look great with color and are easily kept up with wax. fantastic car by the way buddy.

Markbgt01, your yellow w30 is beautiful! By far and away my favorite '70 442 color combo. It is now the subject of my laptop screensaver...thanks!
Are you "down" or "up" state NY? (for reference, I consider anything north and/or west of Tappan Zee to be "upstate")

I live in Sanitaria Springs, 10 miles east of Binghamton. Did your car ever reside in Endicott in the mid 80s? Remember one sitting in a used up car lot by the cider mill, that car was the same color combo. I can remember looking under that car and seeing for the first time an aluminum center section. Could that have been this car? Yours have a W-27?
