Can anyone take a few pics of their clutch pedal assembly under the dash
and inside the engine bay for me ?? PLEEEEEASE ?? I'm trying to get a grasp on converting my 1970 Olds 442 to a manual from auto. My car is a clone (wannabe) and I'm looking to put a 6 speed in there but with a mechanical clutch and I need pics so I can see how all this operates. There's no other owners near me that have this, so I'm hoping someone can oblige. Thanks. The Parts Place has this kit, but I have to see if it's EVERYTHING or what else I need to get. I heard a spring, and a ball stud, etc. This Ebay Auction has the Pedals , Zbar, etc |

The biggest problem with converting to manual is the fact that the crank does not have a hole for the pilot bearing that the nose of the manual trans fits into!!!
![]() I can't do pictures off my camera yet, but we are working on this problem at warp speed ![]() ![]()

I see the ad, but where do you put the nose of the tranny without spacing it back or something???
