Holy rustbucket Batman!
![]() Who cares about the engine? I want to see the frame. The rust stains on the driveway are a red flag, it may have rust stalagtites and mites under there. Not a bad deal, somebody will buy it for the VIN and title if it's that trashed, has a lot of good parts. It's a high buck car and anything can be restored, jack up the VIN tag and slide another body and frame under it. ![]() |

We've already seen enough of that crap going on, and it has only one name: FRAUD. Sorry, I don't even like joking about it. |

Ten bucks says it's relisted by the original seller within two weeks.

Just as in any hobby dealing with valuable items, The big shots that can afford them need to do their home work before they buy, We know a car with complete history would be the safest bet. I saw cars at Barret Jackson that looked very suspicious and were probably frauds but it seems the buyers didn't care as long as the next guy didn't care either. I don't think I ever heard it mentioned during any auctions I witnessed. If gas hits $5.00 or $10.00 a gallon a 1970 W30 olds will make a great lawn ornament or playground equipment for the kids. |

Quick question: wasn't the W30 only available with a 455 from 1970-1972? That looks like a 350 under the hood.
