Thanks I can't wait to go for a drive again in the Rallye once it's restored - they are one of those cars people either love or hate, but personally I think they were one of the best looking muscle cars produced (even if it was the "baby 442"). My dad's Rallye is also a 4-speed... bench seat post car Cutlass 'S' as well, so it's kind of an oddball. Only 160 post car Cutlass S Rallye's were made, it would be interesting to know how many were CDN models and a bench/standard car on top of that.

The T/A shaker was something I'd always wanted to do, but never had the guts to try until I had a spare hood from a parts car. The project went much smoother than I had anticipated and I am quite happy with the results. The 5-speed was by far the best mod as far as the fun factor goes
