Advertised HP was exactly that.
Beginning in about '54, HP numbers began to be related more to marketing needs, than to actual power output.

Even if one knew exactly what you have, any number would still only be a guess. Then, even if you had an accurate number, its usefulness would be in doubt.
As far as a dyno goes. Your local machine shop/engine builders should know where they are. Any race tracks, drag strips, off road courses, lakes, etc, where you can find racing engines and their owners?
