Well, here's an update. The weather has been pretty rainy so I have lost a few days work on it. I noticed the floor was a LAKE after the rain storm. The heater/AC box was leaking around the mounting flange. I removed it to reseal. The doorjambs were a mass of runs and seam sealer. I stripped them to bare metal and bought a couple tubes of seam sealer. GM sure leaves em a little wavy from the factory! I did ALOT of straightening on their panels. Here's some pics!
