63-3829 should be a Luxury Sedan (4-door hardtop - front & rear fold down armrests). BA is the Doraville, Georgia Fisher Body plant code. 135 means it is the 135th Luxury Sedan built at that Fisher Body plant - it's an early car. CCA is the paint code for Provincial White, upper and lower, with Ebony Black wheels or painted deluxe wheel covers. I'm guessing the 394 trim is Fawn.
