Yup- they work just like the other clip-on wheelcovers. Meaning they are a PITA. All for the sake of hiding a valve stem... I sure am glad they quit using them for 1964. 'Course then they came up with the bolt-on aluminum cap that everybody tore chunks out of because they didn't realise they were bolted to the wheel.

The 63 stencil seems to be fairly common as I've known several people who owned them. They had them for 58-62 also, but I have never heard of one for sale or borrow. I believe it was one of the dealer essential tools those years in case a wheelcover had to be painted.
