I know this sounds hoky but really check the connection at the fuse or circuit breaker in the fuse panel. I do this for a living and i've chased myself over that one before.Just make sure that you stay focused on the process of checking power and grounds to the control panel before tossing the panel because they cost alot of dough.It sounds like a resistance problem as it seems to happen when it begins to warm up.
