I believe the 4 door coils would fit. However, I don't see any reason to replace the coils in the rear with heavy duty or non OEM coils. Especially if you just want the car for a daily driver. I though the Cutlasses always had problems with sagging on one side in the rear. I never heard if this was because of the springs or the frame. I thought it was sort of a mystery.
