I bought 2 sway bar link sets, one from autozone and one from advance auto parts. The washers on one are cupped and the washers on the other are straight. I found this to be pretty stupid. I was wondering if I might get some opinions on which is the most effective??
Also, I did the passenger side, and my buddy did the driver side. After I finished, I noticed that we had stacked the bushings and washers in a different order. How much does it matter? I believe these things to be pretty worthless other than to help a little with bodyroll and braking nosedives. The shocks take the brunt of the attack.
My chassis service manual only has torque specs and there is no exploded diagram of these that i found, with bushing order.
Let me know how you would have done it. I will leave it as is for now, a zip tie would have been better than the links that were on there
