I agree with the others. Buy it for the parts. If you're wanting the motor you might want to make sure it's not locked up.
To be honest - you're close to some of the best project car areas in the country. From Seattle to Portland and farther south, eastern WA, OR and Idaho. Good project cars can be found in the $500 - $1500 range if you look hard enough. Maybe figure another $200 - $300 to get it home. Start with a little better project and you'll save yourself money in the long run.
