And by the way... it's NOT a 4 speed "tranny" in my '63, but it IS a 3 speed "tranny", how do I know this ? because we had it on the hoist TODAY at my friendly neighborhood "tranny" shop and guess what, they told me the samething that Olds64 told me
Oh, and by the way ...the word "drop" is referring to the massive RPM decline thats between 1st gear & 2nd gear.
