That 7 on the end of the trim codes denotes white. The white they used in '71 is pearlescent, althought they didn't call it that. It's got a sheen to it, kind of a little metallic. Sort of subdued rainbow hues, like a plated brake booster. Think of a refrigerator white car as compared to later model cars that are painted "White Diamond" - like a Cadillac Escalade, or a final series Trofeo or Buick Riviera.
Pearl is correct for your car.
