The only 4 speed automatic that bolts to an Olds motor is the 200-4R. This trans can be built to survive behind a big block, but you're talking about a custom build. The 4L80E is a TH400 with an extra overdrive gear, so strengthwise it will survive, but you'll need an adapter plate and a standalone electronic controller since the trans is computer controlled.
