The part number is 4844618. Parts book sez applies to:
1961 & 1962 Elect. Wind., Vent. 2-4-6 Way Seat; 1962-F85 Cutlass Conv.
1960 and 1963 are different part numbers. 4844618 is long discontinued and I do not have a parts history to show if it was replaced by anything else. I don't have my '66 thru '68 book in front of me, but I believe those models use the same relay as in '63.
Collectors Auto Supply shows a NOS 4844618 relay for $165. That's why I fixed mine - cheap Pennsylvania Dutchman...
