By coincidence, the sealing area of the two crankshafts share dimensions. Some parts suppliers actually carry a rubber seal listed for olds, its the same, just ask at one of your local auto parts store.

As for changing the seal with the engine in the car , its a real challenge. The transmission would need removal. One of the motor mounts would need to be loosend to remove the oil pan. Probably best to replace the seal with the engine out of the car. But thats my opinion on how to do it.
