motor will not turn over. has new valves and heads rebuilt by former owner. says it just shut down on him without any noise. hasnt been turned over in 6 years.motor comes complete with everything on it and the tranny comes with it. tranny is supposed to be good. i'm asking 300.0 if interested. call bob at 330-856-7876 or
