That relay is not only for the power seat. It is also for the power windows, and probably for the convertible top as well. It takes power from the ignition switch and lets current through to the windows/seat/top when the key is in run or accessory. I've got a part number, but not in front of me. Long discontinued. I found some NOS, but they are pricey. Mine went bad, but the other way. I had dead power windows and seat. I took mine apart and it turned out that the contacts were corroded and not allowing the current through. I sanded the contacts down and put it back together. So far I haven't had to replace it.
