When I had the seats for my '60 done 8 or 9 years ago it cost me $500 a seat...that was to completely rebuild them from the ground up, using the original covers as a pattern. This picture might give you an idea of what they look like:
I imagine it would cost less for a design that doesn't use so many different panels. They weren't cheap, but now they're just like new. You might also see if you can find an original seat from a donor car...heck you might find a whole car for less than it costs to get the seats done
