Vince, if you are going that way, you might as well go with good heads at least. I don't know if you plan on doing any engine work at all or just want to bolt it up and install it but going with better heads like "C" heads would be beneficial. They have larger intake valves and flow quite a bit better than the newer heads like the "J" heads. If you like this deal you should probably change the heads because more than likely "J" heads would be on a an engine with HEI. The HEI is good though, I would keep that.
