From what I can find, RMO stood for "Reliable Men of Olds" or "Royal Men of Olds" (depending on the year) and was sold by dealers in the Cincinnati area.

It was a "factory special edition" that was packaged for sale under different names throughout the US. The same car was also called a GCSX (Greater Cleveland Special Edition), BMO (Bold Men of Olds, Dallas), Silver Bullet (Des Moines), and like that.
