That's it. I would only add that as you remove the horn contact ring, be careful to catch the small eyelet, spring, and plastic retainer in the top of the plastic post that sticks up through the steering wheel hub. The retainer has a small nib that locks in place with a quarter turn but it often works free so that once the horn ring is removed, the spring launches itself across the garage.
