Dave and Tex, even though both of you have been here a while, welcome to you both. It is good to see two younger guys that are interested in the older cars. I like the muscle car era but recently am interested in the older "hot rods". NOT street rods, can't afford those. Dave, I bought a beautiful stock, low mileage 77 Cutlass with a 350/350 combo and promptly lost it to thieves the next month. One of my bigger heartbreaks in my life. I never saw it again...Tex, I owned a 71 Cutlass when I was your age and beat the holy crap out of it, couldn't blow it up and I know I redlined it way too much. Those small blocks are tuff stuff!
