I went to Lincoln Tech in Indiana back in the 70s, and worked as a mechanic in a service station in Indianapolis for a few years. Anyone remember May's Marathon at 30th and Cold Spring Rd? After that, I got a degree in electrical engineering, and been hard at that for 20some years. Got married and raised a family somewhere in there too.
I've lived in the southwest (Phoenix and San Diego) most of my adult life, but moved to the heartland (MN) a few years back and absolutely love it.
I've only been reading this forum for about a week, but I have to say I think everyone should be congratulated for their civility and supportiveness. As we all know, many forums like this degenerate over time, but this seems like a very good community.
